The perfect Saturday for me would be waking up early to the beautiful sounds of birds signing. Going to a pilates class with my friends maybe for light breakfast or lattes. Heading to the spa for a massage, facial and mani pedi. Then I'd like to go to Phipps and pick out a fabulous dress and shoes wear it straight out of the store and meet my handsome husband for dinner at an elegant restaurant for dinner and dancing. Maybe a carriage ride through downtown.

Perfection for me would be to take a flight to the Florida Keys on a Friday evening, check in to a Inn with a view for one night only, Saturday wake up to the smell of the ocean, eat breakfast in and nap til noon then get out shop for this and that, socialize with the locals, take a late flight home and dream of my next adventure.

The perfect Sunday for me involves getting up bright and early, having breakfast with my husband and girls. Afterwards going to church and having a beautiful service. After that, we get in our car and head to Pine Bluff, AK to drop off our girls with their granparents and from there my husband and I board a plane and head to the islands for a beautiful week in paradise!

Hmmmm, the perfect Saturday? I would say the perfect Saturday for me would be described as follows:

1. Waking to see my wonderful husband beside me,
2. intense and intellectual conversation with him concerning an interesting topic,
3. brisk jogging or intense workout with him,
4. cooking a home cooked breakfast and eating it outside on the balcony,
5. participating in an outside activity-tennis, kickball, softball, basketball, rafting, kayaking, or horseback riding. It doesn't matter what state or side of town it is as long as it is safe and outside,
6. shopping for shoes & clothes, can make time for that,
7. calling my family over to dinner so they can enjoy a new home cooked recipe I’ve discovered, and
8. around 8:30pm setting up the projector in the backyard outside to watch movie(s) or play family video games (family feud, jeopardy, wii fit, wheel of fortune).

As for what I would eat during meals, I think for breakfast I would like salmon croquettes, grits, eggs and homemade gravy & biscuits.

For lunch I would like grilled BBQ hot dogs (because we would be at the park) with my brother’s special sauce on a bun.

Dinner I would like lemon herb roasted chicken, mashed potatoes, mac & cheese, and red velvet cupcakes but with fewer calories (as featured on cook-yourself-thin).

The most important factor is my husband's presence during all of the activities.
